Innovation Japan aims to promote the return to society and technology transfer of research results generated by universities, public research institutions, ventures and companies, and to provide matching support for industry-academia collaboration, etc. towards social implementation and practical use.
It consists of a 'University Trade Fair' organised by JST and a 'Business Matching' organised by NEDO, making it one of the largest industry-academia matching events in Japan.
