The Toyohashi University of Technology's OPERA is a human resources development programme, in which doctoral students are encouraged to participate in joint research with companies as RAs, thereby fostering human resources who can play a leading role in innovation through innovative technology.

RA Seminars have been held since 2020 as a forum for presenting research results, and the 8th RA Seminar will now be held.
